For guests arriving earlier, a designated area will be available for your convenience.

CHECK-OUT
​Please check out on Wednesday morning before the workshop begins. Our team will take care of your luggage, ensuring it is safely transported to the meeting location.
You will receive your belongings at the end of the workshop.

For departure flights, the workshop will conclude at 2:00 PM. To allow sufficient time for transfers, flights from Frankfurt should be booked from 4:00 PM onwards.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL & TRANSFERS
Arrival transfers are not included; however, a collective departure transfer will be provided.
The program will commence on Monday at 12:30 PM, so please ensure you arrive at Meliá Hotel no later
than 12:15 PM.
Travel arrangements should be made individually.
